Reflective Structured Dialogue

I am trained as a facilitator in Essential Partner’s Reflective Structured Dialogue (RSD) Approach. It is a model that aims to interrupt dysfunctional, self-perpetuating dynamics that stifle trust, understanding, and collaboration across communities and groups. These can be issues linked identity, belief, personality, and perspective.

RSD is a framework for cultural change. It is research-based, flexible, and scalable. As an approach it equips people to interrupt dysfunctional dynamics. It helps them build relationships across differences so they can address challenges where they live, work, worship, and learn.

If you are interested in holding a RSD workshop, please do get in touch.
