  • Facilitating Social Connection

Session Format

The session format of therapeutic photography is highly flexible and adaptable, designed to meet varying clinical needs by being delivered through either individual one-on-one therapy or structured group work. Depending on the therapeutic goals, the intervention can be successfully delivered as a brief, single-session workshop focused on immediate grounding and self-expression, or scaled into a multi-session, short-term program spanning several weeks to comprehensively build self-esteem, self-efficacy, and resilience.
